I remember a text wrap feature from the PC version (with the scotty dog) but can't find anything like that in this Mac version.
How do i wrap text around a shape-powerpoint I am trying to embed a shape within a text box, but I can't get the text to wrap around it. Type in the information you want in Word, bring in your image and format it. What you can do is create a 'Word Wrapped Image' in Microsoft Word, then 'Paste Special' it into your Power Point presentation. This method is even more tedious than the first.
The second alternative is to insert multiple text boxes in PowerPoint using auto shapes menu and place them around the picture. The result will be as follows: PowerPoint Wrap Text around Picture Example. Now, wherever you see the text overlapping the picture at the background, use space bar to move the text. Check out the result in the following figure. Click the Yes button, and your selection rescaled proportionally. Using the drawing tools, begin creating your drawing, and LayOut. Depending on your selection, you might be able to choose a unit, such as meters or feet. (Optional) From the Length drop-down list, choose Decimal, Architectural, Engineering, or Fractional. SketchUp asks whether you want to resize your group or component. In the Scaled Drawing panel that appears, click Make Scaled Drawing. This size will be used as the basis for a proportional rescale of your model. (If you use PowerPoint 2016 for Mac, you need to close the Word file before you can see the wrapped text in PowerPoint.) In PowerPoint, the image and wrapped text are in a box that you can drag and resize. Type a new size for the line (in this example, you type 10') and press the Enter key. Click on the PowerPoint slide to see the wrapped text.
